In the third quarter of 2025, the top shooter games on the Android platform in Nigeria experienced varied trends in downloads, revenue, and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Free Fire - Light Fest saw a steady performance throughout the quarter. Weekly revenue peaked at around $20.4K in mid-September, while downloads reached a high of 31.2K in early August. Active users started at 360K at the beginning of the quarter and decreased to approximately 329K by the end.

Call of Duty®: Mobile also maintained a consistent presence. The game began with a weekly revenue of $21.1K, tapering to $16.1K by late September. Downloads showed an increase, peaking at 17K in early September. Active users fluctuated, reaching a high of 242K mid-August before settling at 207K.

Free Fire MAX - Light Fest experienced a decline in both revenue and active users. Weekly revenue dropped from $13.1K in late June to $9.5K at the end of the quarter. Downloads exhibited a rise towards the end, with a peak of 10.2K in late September. Active users decreased from 147K to 118K.
